This one is worth the listed price. Great curb appeal. You do not see ugly garage doors out front. High-end flooring in most rooms. Excellent tilework in laundry room and bathrooms. Well-appointed closet/dressing room for the main bedroom. Matching, high-end door handles and cabinetry knobs and handles throughout. Really nice wrought iron work inside and outside. Coffered ceiling and carved stone mantle pieces. Well-designed, mature landscaping. The only thing this place lacks is a private elevator.

Nice video. To improve on it, I would like to suggest you change up the music to another tune once you've spent a few minutes on the initial tune. I love the genre of music but it gets a bit old having to listen to the same toon looped for the entire 18+ min of the video, making me want to shut off the sound even though it isn't a bad tune.

I love the entire house. But I don't like the Mediterranean look unless I live on the Mediterranean. But I would paint the entire house a very very white. I at paint the doors a shiny black. Also, the tile floors would have to come up and do a dark stained hardwood. That column in the middle of the floor would have to go asap. I would also gut that closet and create a new one. That other space that could be a bedroom or an office would have become a gym. All the bathrooms would have been a gut and make them all modern and tile floors and walls and stand-in showers. That gap in the wall going up the stairs with the bars would have to be sealed off with a wall. The backyard fence would have to be a little more private. I would not want anyone jumping the fence or watching my kids while they are out playing and swimming. I would have a serious problem with that. Those windows would have to be replaced with something a little more modern and some would just have to go. I would have to get rid of the windows in the room with the wall that curves at the top. The bottom one's could stay. Also, the open doors to the patio would have to be replaced with just huge thick sunroom windows and one single door to go in and out just for my peace of mind. The whole kitchen would be a gut. Too much wood. And the garage would be a do-over. That downstairs basement would be a storage room with racks and shelving to store containers in and holiday decor on. And extra furnishings on. Also, I don't like stucco walls. They would have to be smooth out in the entire house
