This a whole lotta house..I and my visiting guest would get lost. This home I mean beautiful spacious home is a multi family dream. Backyard pool house is located in a great area. The backyard needs someone with a great vision. I absolutely won purchase this magnificent edifice..if I had the money..lol.

I really like the style...maybe one of my faves, yet I would get rid of the slat doors, and put up aluminum sliders going out back . OR pocket door sliders . Homes at this price range rarely seem to have two toilets in the master bath .

This house makes me see that men are designing these homes. The master bedroom looks like a kids room, the master closets look like something you would find in an $1500 per month apartment in Frisco Tx and the fact that the kids rooms have access to one of the biggest patios I have ever seen is crazy. Do you have ANY homes built by women architects?

I didn't like this house. At all. I only liked the 'hers' closet which was just big enough for him. The 'his' closet was fit for a child. Also, the owners bedroom was too small and not even a true suite. I stopped watching halfway through. First time that's happened on your channel.

So many things to say about this house. I think the his closet sign was made out to be a bad joke for some reason by the Realtor or Builder. It looks more like a terribly placed linen closet to me. Second, that is not a "safe room", more like extra closet space. A real Safe Room would have been thought out and hidden with security doors, hard walls, separate power and ventilation. What the hell is that floating in the kitchen area? Also why put the media room at the front door of all places with a huge window? It's supposed to be blacked out so that if you decided to use a projector. I think it would be ok for a web cast/streaming/gaming room but not a true theater room. Why is there a separate room with a railing next to a wall upstairs? There is so much wasted space up there. The bonus room could have been part of the bedroom next door. Good God what were they thinking? This house is nice and very confusing all at the same time. It's frustrating and is spiking my anxiety for some reason. I had to walk away from my computer on this one. lol

This house is so strange. There is no rhyme or reason. A theater room at the front entrance? An office open to above and slits in the doors? Certainly not an ideal work from home space. The safe room is nothing more than a closet. The randomness of the upstairs gives me anxiety. Why that tiny box room with no windows? Just a no all around.
