Last year I lost my wedding ring in a lake in France (I’m from Germany). I actually thought about your efforts to find important things for people right in that situation. That gave me the power and endurance to not give up, go back to my camper, get my snorkeling gear, search 1,5 hours and finally find my ring. I was so glad! Now we’re married 3 years with two wonderful kids and I still have my wedding ring. Thank you for your work!

This past weekend my son, his girl, and their friend got caught in the river when the dam opened without notice/alarm. You had noticed them and was so helpful trying to find their lost items + setting them up with items while they try to get all their stuff handled. Just reading your story, You have done so much for the community and the people in it. I'm grateful that you were there and have no doubt that you would have jumped in to help if they had not gotten out. Shame on the river people that didn't sound the alarm. This may have been an entirely different story had my son and his friends not gotten out of a raging river alive. Something really needs to be done to be sure that the alarm sounds EVERY time the gates are opened. Thanks again, and you have several new followers :)
