Some Damas also have age concessions: until 50 years to Skill 2 occupations and until 55 years to Skill 1 occupations (So far: Far North Queensland FNQ Dama, both South Australia Damas and Goldfields WA Dama).

If your English skill is over intermediate(IELTS 5.0～),just go to the website called ''DAMA NT'' and read through all of the article, in that way, most of the questions you are apparently having about DAMA NT will be solved. Actually, the part ''work experience'' is the most important part of this process which wasn't mentioned here unfortunately, so do not try to find the employer who is shady or giving you less payment. Also, as an applicant who came NT and started trying to get PR here, I strongly advice you to come and visit here for about 2-3weeks before applying any kinds of visa to stay NT such as student visa, working holiday visa. This place has less opportunities compare to the larger cities such as Sydney, Melborne .Well, depending on your occupation though...you might end up having no job opportunities and lose your savings.Anyway, let's keep it up guys. The more you struggle, the more you could have the chance to get PR;-)

In other DAMA regions, you need AUSTRALIAN QUALIFICATION or 3-5years working experience + Skill Assessment to offset like South Australia. While some region strictly need to have Aus qualifications.
