We bought 4 villas in Akoya oxygen for our families few years back from Damac sales office, we have been told its only10 mins drive from mall of emirates, actually it's 40 mins drive. after delaying few years of handover and qualities are so bad not even close to what we have been promised

This is like oxygen Akoya, a golf course community . They handed over without the golf course. and 3 years late. There was no compensation for the delay. .
