there was a deep message in this video. Sometimes in our relationships, we get disturb on small things/''pieces'' and we take that small thing so serious that makes us to think ''Oh, I don't want this relationship anymore''. When in reality, everything else is working perfectly and it's only us who are blind to all good things and we don't appreciate it. you just focus on those small damages that you can repair it, only if you give it an effort. Traditionally bass players were usually the bandleader. This dates back to the big band era. A bassist was expected to set the tempo and stay on top of all the chord changes. It wasn't until the rock and roll era with electric guitars and basses that bassists became regarded as weaker musically than the rest of the band. Everyone wanted to play guitar so the weakest guitarist always wound up "demoted" to bass.

This is an incredible piece of art, which metaphorically explains a very big lesson of our life The purchase was very meaningful/important for that guy (our relations be it any are very important to us) He want it to be perfect, sound and healthy (we accept that from very relation), the knob was broken (our relationships have flaws), the seller didn't notice the missing knob (we don't pay attention to small flaws /fights and take it for granted) , seller thought knob was not that important but it was to the buyer ( we think it's a trivial fight , it's a small problem which turns out to be a loophole or gives rise to a big problem) since seller had never consider importance of knob because even without it the system worked smoothly, he didn't repair ( we don't noticing where we are falling back and therefore don't emend) he can still use that amp (we can still work on our relation). The amp was old so it may have a broken knob but it was still functioning smoothly but with knob it would had worked incredibly .( for our relations to last long its important to let go some flaws but we should always try to repair it first before letting go of a flaw)

No one asked for this to be made. But I genuinely am glad it was.

So, she directed her anger and frustration at a total stranger. She wanted to protect her man as well, so still some care there..

They say a perfect relationship is not when couples have the same thing in common ,but a perfect relationship is when even after all the difference , they decide to stay together .

Sounds like their perceived value is coming from over emotional attachment. The amp isnt worth much.

Women aren’t that rational

Of course it was over-emotional. That made the point of the whole script. It wasn't about the amp. It was about relationships and reducing them to intruistic value, degrading them over small irritations rather than looking at the big picture.

@ Yeah. Clearly not.. Thanks God you've been able to meet every single woman in the world to come to that conclusion, and know with absolute certainty that that's true. (Eye roll)

A well written & directed short story by Matt Porter, fine performances from Kate Eastman, Ryan Creamer & Patrick Noth. For a most detailed review look under the heading Omeleto "select" show more. Emma (Kate) really cuts Ryan (Patrick) down to size with her emotional monologue. One of my favourite slices of this emotional offering, was when the front door bangs shut then the picture falls off the wall, its like a FULL STOP.

@@dfunckt - Hell, I'm female and I couldn't understand her wishy-washy nonsense. It's like a weird version of "I wanna eat my cake and keep it too."

@@tirsden I wasn't blown away by her speech like a lot of people apparently are, either. The ability to deliver a monologue doesn't automatically make someone a great actor.

I like the symbolism at the end... The smacking of the door and the falling of the photo-frame... Makes sense to me.
