From what I have played maybe about 20% is accurate as far as adjustments. Nor do you have option for adjust both rods on either rear. I also think the physics are off feels un-natural to me.

Dave it's not the heat from the powder coat process, it's the thickness of the coating that could make detecting the crack difficult. The temp required to form a new crystalline structure in the alloy is never reached during powder curing heat soak.

It does, with thick coatings indeed. Most suspension components is spray painted or light powder coating. That spindle had heavy coating and was 1 of 3 that cracked or broke lower ball joint bung out.

@@DirtTrackDave You need to passivate that weldment... cross section the fracture and look for signs of weld induced hydrogen embrittlement.
