I never had a MCU Captain America figure from any company but to me, This Cap from MAFEX looks so cool especially with those dope accessories which he can pose really great with them, However, My friend might get me the Marvel Legends Infinity Saga series Captain America The Winter Soldier Captain America figure from Hasbro and awesome review.

These companies NEVER get the shield on the back thing right! Hasbro do the pin/hole, and that’s good for the price range, but these high-end fools can’t quite get it. Use a MAGNET ffs guys!, surely that’s in your price range for a £100+ figure

That MP Endgame Cap is still probably my favourite I got so excited when I got it in hand. Though to be fair I don't have any of the Mafex MCU stuff and it does look awesome.

Try putting the shield on his back with the "H" looking piece vertically instead of horizontally. Its a lot easier to put on that way.

carlos pacheco is a fucking legend for sure and I also really love his art. My favorite work of his might be avengers forever but I'm also a big fan of the superman/batman arc called absolute power, where bruce and clark are raised as brother gods by the time-traveling, 31st century cosmic king, saturn queen, and lightning lord.

I actually used the other gripping hands for the shield strap because I gave up using the hands meant for the straps. Although I do think they should redesign the straps for the shield.

Oh Mafex really missed an oportunity to have the shield attached to the back through a magnet. I am unsure if I am sold on the single jointed elbow because it looks kinda bad. Great review as always!

oh, so mafex is going the same path as SHF by removing bicep swivel for more "realistic" looks :(. I understand that the Mafex Cap unable to sit his arm properly have been a main complaint for many people, but from my experience with SHF, this kind of articulation can feel needlessly complicated at time.

i cant remove to the right forearm joint, its very tight even dry blowing and warm water didnt loosen the joint enough to pull it out. is it too risky to put more force pulling it out straight?

Did you swap the L and R ball joints too when you swapped the forearms? Or just pop out the forearm and joint as one and swap it to the other arm?

Sucks that they went with Figuarts elbow joints and sacrificed bicep swivel. That killed my interest. No double joints in the arms when the previous release absolutely cooked, is absurd to me.

I just got mine today and it’s an amazing figure. Just want to swap forearms but afraid that I’ll break it. I just did the swap and it was way easier than I thought it was going to be. Now, the figure looks way better.
