I know his delivery is abrasive and lacks a great deal of diplomacy and grace at times but that doesn't take away the facts of his contributions to the culture and what he stands. He far from broke. His biggest failures outdo most ppls accomplishments. And yes, all ppl are sovereign from birth and can conduct business from that perspective if we weren't so indoctrinated to the capitalistic plantation style approach to business. Just because we live in inequity does not mean its normal or dignified. We are capable of much greater. Ppl like Dame speak volumes to that ideal. Agreed! 💯. Dame’s interviews are ALWAYS epic! 🔥 The interviewer should be commended as well. He came prepared and respected the MAN’s TIME ⏰ He asked thoughtful and meaningful questions. Unlike some groupie like interviewers asking the same old lame repetitious questions that WE ALL ALREADY know the answer to. He put some real grown man respect on this one. Treated him like the ICON he is. Kept Dame engaged therefore he was able to do all those things : candid, vulnerable, transparent AND still DROP 💎 GEMS as usual. Thanks to Mr. Dash and B High bringing class, honor and respect to this GROWN MAN and the knowledge, wisdom and game. Mr. Dash is a mentor. A true role model that walks in righteousness he ALWAYS carries in his heart and brings to every room and experience he steps in. Top notch, class act. This is classic. Much love and respect to you both. ❤️

Dames arrogance and pride blinded him and we all paid a huge price. My favorite Dynasty in history. Rocafella.. ..A true boss a good boss is the boss that is surrounded by his employees and no one can tell who the boss is. He makes everyone feel like a boss and treats his workers as bosses because he sees those qualities in them and is preparing them to be just that. Why else would he have them on the team? I love Dam Dash. Most people can't stand his delivery, but me being from NYC i totally get it. I just love that he sparks thought. Like he really makes you think about everything you have done to this point and did you accomplish anything in that time. Dam Dash and Dr. Boyce Watkins did that for me. Those are some good black men to listen to and get some advice from. Although I dont know them personally, its amazing to catch them on interviews or there platforms and listen to them drop jems.
