Try Stranger from New Wave 2021. It’s in English and shows his stage presence and different vocal techniques. Or the mv Be With😂 Me which is completely different genre to S O S. his concerts are over three hours long. He rocks the stage one minute, then sings something quiet and intimate. Plays seven instruments, dances, interacts with the audience. Plus he is a humble, patriotic, family loving, humanitarian.

Dimash is a phenomenon without peer. He is recognized as one of the best if not the best vocalist on the planet. He has official fan clubs in about 160 counties currently totalling about 10 million fans Dimash calls his Dears. China alone has 8 million Dears. The SOS you just listened to is from the Dimash Digital Show online concert during quarantine in January 2021. The song is a cover of one of the most difficult French songs very few can sing. @@ralphmellor1909 Don't give the impression that Dimash did not sing live at the Digital Show. He had no audience and had to prerecord the concert but he took pains to show he was actually singing live at the time of the recording. Like the live recordings of his concerts with audiences. The New York concert was spectacular but don't take away the fabulous efforts he and the Ukrainian team of dancers did in the online concert. Remember it was also filmed in Ukraine. Very bitter sweet memories now.

Agree the DDs are a triumph of creativity over adversity (covid) with original spins bringing some songs to new heights (like SOS) and always peerless professionalism. But there's a palpable excitement at Dimash's live audience concerts that comes through in video footage of them, presumably in part because the performers feel and express their live connection with the fans in that moment, and it's essentially impossible for the DDs to capture that. And this is especially so for Give Me Your Love for which there's a *dramatic* difference between the experience of watching the 2019 live concert performances of Give Me Your Love, especially the New York one, and the DD, due to the impact on the performance of Karina Sintkhalat, the Kazakh choreographer and lead female dancer who led Dimash, herself, and the live concert dance troupe to what I think are peak performances. To many Dears, everything from the dramatic somersaults by two members of the dance troupe right at the start (easy to miss in the background; worth a rewind to savor) to Karina's outstanding performance-of-her-life rapport with Dimash makes it a must see. I hope you agree, now I've been able to express it more carefully. ❤

He is the Golden Eagle from Kazakhstan. Unmatched vocals in every sence possible. He sing every octave from bass to whistle tone in the clearest, most beautiful tone, that is so easy to the ear. This is but a fraction of his insane talent. You have to react to his English song "Stranger" then to his brilliant Opera song "Olimpico" that is also called "Ogni Pietra". Thank you for discovering Dimash and welcome to a beautiful world of music. Dimash is a 28-years old singer from Kazakhstan and believe me, you’ve seen nothing at all. In my opinion you have discovered the best singer in the world. He has perfect pitch and currently has a vocal range of 7,7 octaves (vocal fry C1 (B0) - whistle D8 off the piano). That means he hits notes in almost 8 octaves and sings consistently in 6 octaves. Not in one song (mostly😅). At least what he has shown us so far. He plays several instruments like piano, dombra (a kazach instrument), drums, marimba and more. He has classical as well as contemporary vocal training and sings in different genres from opera to pop, jazz, Kazakh folk, ballads and he even raps a bit. And often he skillfully mixes several genres in one song. And meanwhile in more than 10 languages. The latest songs (from Tokyo Jazz Festival in November 2021) are Ikanaide in Japanese and at his concert in Almaty on September 23, 2022 he sang a new song in Spanish (about 7 languages in one concert!). Many of my favorite songs are in his native tongue. He is a nice, respectful and humble person. He respects people regardless of their origianal, religion or profession. He truly loves his homeland Kazakhstan and his people with all his heart and always shows it with pride in many of his songs, concerts and interviews. During his concerts in Dubai, Düsseldorf and Prague in 2022, before he performed his song War And Peace, he told the audience he loves all people in every country. And I absolutely believe this. His concert in September 23, 2022 was in his hometown Almaty, it was so amazing and it lasts almost 4 hours. Believe it or not but he really gets better and better. Every time you think you know him and his art1, you realize your so wrong. He said in an interview he trains every day at least 3 hours and he swims under water very often to increase his lung capacity. He's a singer you can't put in any box. He sings almost every genre there is. Every time you watch a video, expect the unexpected. Even the covers he sings he makes his own and brings elements into the song that you would never expect. Don't be surprised if you get suggestions for songs you may have already seen. Dimash has different versions of many of the same songs. They are all worth seeing. Not only is he perfect at singing and performing, he's also an incredibly good actor. Check out his music videos. They are amazing. You think I’m exaggerating? No, I don’t think so😄. He sang this song on his digital concert in January 2021 during the pandemic. He had to cancel his tour and did this concert for his Dears/fans. That’s why there was no audiende to be seen or heard. SOS is a song in the rock-opera „Starmania“ from 1978. The first who presented this song was the French singer and songwriter Daniel Balavione. SOS was the first performance of the China competition (in 2017) and was his first appearance in this show. The Singer is a show in China where only established singers are invited to perform. All the singers invited to this show are already well-known artists in China who have already won awards. Dimash was invited as the first foreigner as a wild card and the youngest in the history of this show. They became aware of him because he had already won some important competitions in Kazakhstan and Belarus, among others. He was still completely unknown in China. Actually, it was intended that he would only have 1 or 2 appearances. But it came completely different. When he woke up the next morning after his first performance of SOS he was a megastar in China and even found bodyguards outside his hotel room. SOS’ first video had 600 million views when it aired. In 2017 Dimash was invited as a wild card to a Chinese talent show and SOS was the first out of 12 songs he performed. This french song is very difficult and was featured in the rock opera Starmania, dealing with depression and suicide. It is also surrounded by tragedy, involving the deaths of three very young men, one of them a good friend of Dimash. If you look close, you can see the pain and emotion in his face. It launched him into international fame and became his signiture song. You are at the start of an amazing journey into the world of this stunning artist. You have not heard anything yet. Dimash immerses himself mentally and emotionally in whatever song he sings. He began music school at age five and has acquired his Ph.D. in music composition and still does voice training for 3-5 hrs.+ a day, every day. He says that he is just a man who only wants to sing. You have begun an incredible and extraordinary journey into the indescribable music of Dimash. Whatever you listen to next, you will not be disappointed. You just heard maybe a 10th of what he can do. He is jaw dropping everytime. He does it all, even Raps. For his pop/rap do Screaming Idol Hits or BE With Me (both in English) or watch Story of One Sky (also in English) the music video is now one of the most expensive MV of all time. Try to pick versions of all his videos with subtitles and his videos get blocked regularly. So I suggest putting a copyright disclaimer over the video. We (his dears) don't mind a blurred video as we have watched them many times already. Blessings to you and yours! 🙂

Dimash is officially one of the most talented vocalists nowadays. Great that you discovered him because that's only the beginning here.. You have no idea what all Dimash has to offer as an artist. He is just completely another level of an artist (he sings in 14 languages, composes, plays a dozen of instruments, his vocal abilities are unparalleled, he has the highest professional training - all music genres, PhD in Music soon, his work ethics & practice he does continuously are to look up to) and he is also such an amazing human being (humble, respectful, humanitarian). With years passing, I admire him only more & more.
