He was deferring to the other guys for quite awhile and then he just started throwing up bombs and I swear they all went in. When you see it sitting court side it’s a much different experience. He makes it look effortless in real life and he’s just so much better than everyone else on the court it’s ridiculous.

From an individual talent standpoint/statistical standpoint he stacks up with all of his contemporaries, i.e Curry, Kyrie, Westbrook, CP3, etc. Just like you said he meets every metric of an all time great player, he just never got to play with other players around his same talent level.

When someone is this clutch and for such dominates the ball, teammate hesitate to take shots they usually take. That’s exactly what happened and we needed someone who can be courageous and step up at that moment. To me, that someone was supposed to be Carmelo. So I was disappointed when Carmelo gave up open mid range jumper at Double OT for the kick-out 3. No one else but him could hit buckets at such atmosphere. I’m not saying at was a bad decision, it was a right decision especially when they were down 3. If anyone tries to tell you Damian Lillard is not on Steph Curry's level, show them this video.

I love me some Dame time, but his play has never produced any postseason results. I get his team is trash but the only conference finals they have been to resulted in 0-4. He also has only shot once above 40% from the arc his entire career. I really hope he goes crazy on the Bucks though, should be fun to watch.
@guesswhonot1620 Жыл бұрын
@@noahx.classic His shooting percentage is worse mainly because of his lack of floor spacing he's had over the years. This should change in Milwaukee. Also, friendly reminder that he has, statistically, the best playoff performance in NBA history.

Dame is the closest thing to MJ in terms of getting bucket at clutch time. Kobe worked on it to be clutch, so as LeBron, but for MJ and Dame, it just feels like it’s just in them from the very beginning. It’s just so natural. Give him another all star got damn it!

Myy goodness 😮! Clutch after clutch 3 pointers. What more can we all say? That's greatness right there. Kudos to Denver team too they did what they had to win. Good luck next match both teams. Give your best.

@Duane Jackson Corny and weaselly? They were drafted by the Warriors and are still there...what did they do to you? LMAO just because KD wanted to play with them doesn't mean they're less than Lillard lol if I remember they have 3 rings and Lillard has none
@CarlitosPR943 жыл бұрын
@@ohyeahitsthatoneguy are you implying that Lillard does not have rings because he is not good enough? Because your point makes no sense unless you are talking about Warriors front office vs Blazers front office

@@CarlitosPR94 no not at all, Lillard is dope, trailblazers just had terrible luck being in the same conference as the dubs when Curry Klay and Dray made a name of themselves
