They threw everything including kitchen sink at him. Suicide runs, 4-pt jump shots, resistance band, getting physical with him, no breaks in between, I am about to pass out just by watching this. Hardcore anaerobic workout, look at how much control he had even he was breathing hard. Money shots no matter what, sooo impressive!

I don't think i've ever seen a pre-draft work out this intense. Dame never complained or bent over to tug his shorts, just kept breathing and working thru it. This should be required viewing for High Schoolers..

0:29 that's Delon Wright studying dame when he was playin for city college in SF. His big bro Dorell was still playing for the warriors and led the league in 3s made in 2011. Fast forward years later Delon became a champion like his older brother and Dame is running the league at the point guard position.

A lot of people don't realize how ridiculous this is. Running that long, being able to focus, hit 6 7 shots in a row. Sprint up and down the court, with contact drill, and at the end finding the legs to do a windmill dunk. Honestly you just have to appreciate the hard work and dedication.
