Hahaha..interesting talk about the height. We should love ourselves the way God loves us. The serenity prayer helped me when I struggled with self-confidence because of my looks: "God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference."

I was measuring my height on our wall then and I was so desperate to stop growing. When I was in secondary School, my class mate advised me to go and get pregnant, that after giving birth, I will become chubby and my height will not be noticed. If not that I've known and experienced the grace of God, I would have accepted her advice. How foolish. I can't believe I stood and listened to such nonsense.

I used to think I have a very high self esteem and Confidence 😂until some authority's figures told me I have self pity. I felt crushed, and It's been a struggle. Please help out the godly way! Thank you for this . I just want to give some advice to the sister who asked on how to remain a virgin; 1. Know that the devil will devour you the moment you get defiled/disvirgined. He has been waiting very patiently for his prey. 2. That boy that made you ask this question is led by his hormones, not an exclusive love for you. Read the story of Amnon, David's son to understand the power of a man's lust. Lust became disgust after he satiated his lust. Flee. 3. You will acquire demons spiritually when you illegally enter into sexual relations. 4. Fear God, not just love God. Read 1 Corinthians 3:17. God says if any (wo)man defiles the temple of God, him/her shall God destroy. 5. Never to be regained virtues, blessings and benefits. God is merciful but you lose specific spiritual blessings that are reserved for the undefiled, for virgins. All blessings are not in the same grade. May you not reduce yourself to crumbs that fall from the table when God wants to give you the loaf of bread. 6. Burn the bridges. All the influences of corruption, get far from them. 7. Incubate your life in God. May God help you and keep you.

@@tamytruth Genesis 49: 3-4. Hi Tamy, this talks about Reuben, he still lived after his father cursed him, but he lost the blessing. Samson is another, remember God still heard his final prayer but what he had lost could not be regained. David is another, he was forgiven but God said the sword will never depart from his house etc. However, God delights in showing mercy so no condemnation here...but for anyone who is facing temptations, please hold on to God's way. You should also add that if a lady or a man has fallen into the temptation of loosing their virginity, all they need do is to ask God for mercy and He doesn’t even remember your sins. The Bible says God has made us blameless in His sight. Nothing like reducing yourself to crumbs that fall from a table. Just come with a repentant heart and watch God use you.

Of a truth God's will is always perfect even if it's not making sense at its initial. I always thank God for the lives of the Mike-Bamiloyes, there is no "ashadanu"(shaft) among them at all. God bless the Children(Ella inclusive) of Mike Bamiloye for knowing and serving the God of their parents. I pray God's grace will be sufficient for you all till the end and you will never at any point of your lives disappoint God and your parents and we the viewers in Jesus name, amen. I understand Sis but I will say my Mom helped with this. We are all short but somehow my Mom made us believe that we are the exact ideal height and every other person is too tall! lol. I still catch myself telling people you are too tall or can you bend down because I literally believe anyone taller than me is actually too tall, lol...but jokes aside, you are the perfect height for you.

Wow! I love this topic cos while growing up I noticed I was taller than almost all my peers and I wasn't happy about it to the point that I started praying to God to let me remain in that height and that I didn't want to increase in height, I even stopped eating beans cos someone told me eating beans can make me increase in height. You won't believe that now at 33 I wish I was a little more taller than this. Nice topic, I appreciate this and I'll love everything God has given me.

Beautiful sisters in Christ glorifying GOD. Ella and Dara are so beautiful even with their heights. One man's food is another man's poison. Most times what we don't like about ourselves is what makes us unique. Also, at times when some people walk out of our lives, we should not think its the end of the world. We should let go, forgive and move on. Cry and pray for the person and dust it off. Its okay to cry, Jesus wept too. God is so faithful that HE usually gives us something better. I like what you shared about Daddy and Mummy Bamiloye. GOD's ways are perfect. Keep godly friends who will not make us go against God's words. Don't put yourself in tempting situations that can make you fall into sin. Let them know your stand in the LORD. Declare your stand. Fill your mind with testimonies of those who have made it. Eat your Bible. Store the word of God in your heart. I really love your talk show. It's always very edifying and full of divine wisdom.
