I can't believe this property was only built in 2006, it looks like something from the Gothic era - the architecture and attention to detail is spectacular. I love the really high ceilings and the huge open space of the living rooms and kitchen area, you normally only see homes like this in America - it is as far removed from a McMansion as you can image. My only criticism - no indoor swimming pool, that's a staggering omission for a property of this calibre and for a property that was built less than twenty years ago - for £15m an indoor swimming pool and leisure complex is a prerequisite. Other than that it's an incredible home.

I'm in two minds about this one, on the one hand modern stuff is very bland on the otehr hand this feels like it's trying to be something it's not - there are plenty of real tudor mansions aroound. Perhaps it's different in reality but it feels a bit fake/filmset/amusement park/dare I say it - american.... Plus if you're going to have a room for a bath... Obviously still very spectactular and probably much nicer/easier to live in compared with the real historical buildings, perhaps it grows on you or is different in reality to on a screen.
