As the saying Goes " If Carlsberg... sold Properties" Damion Merry would be there first choice !!. Fantastic presentation and production. If I was going to sell, you will sell a lot faster with this quality with him at the front. With the exception of one other person, Damion is by far !!! the best in this field. Especially like one's from the past.... the long version of South Lodge in Lytham and the property over the estuary from Padstow , can't remember it's name.
