Hello, I have this question which I never managed to figure out.. I like to know how to place/keep the mind in front of the face. Is that the awareness or point of concentration..? Thank You

Αμίλα Κουμάρα Awareness is being aware about where you keep your attention.. Concentration is the active process of trying to bring the mind to that position. So, when you have full concentration, your mind will rest full time at the spot where you want it to be. At this point when you slip away from the awareness your mind will be “blank” or disappear. That is undesirable. What you need is full concentration and full awareness.

@@DammaChakku So keep the mind in front of the face means keep full concentration and full awareness in a place in front of the face.. I will add this to my meditation. Thank you..

Your ultimate goal should be reaching Jhana. You should develop the concentration in front of the face and gradually move to the breathing sensation and isolate your whole self within that sensation but still going through the front of face position. Listen to my talk again and make sure you understand it properly.
