Beautiful weather for Saudis mean "rainy weather", we hate the sun, that's why we try to avoid the sun as much as possible. Many people start to socialize after the sunset. July and June are the hottest months in Saudi, thats why people prefer closed areas such as shopping malls in these months. It's totally wrong to say Saudis don't walk or ride bikes, it's a bad judgment based on the wrong time. Is it common to ride bikes in January in Europe, when the cities are filled with snow? Obviously no, it's the same thing in Saudi, most people go out, riding bikes,walking and picnics during winter, because the weather is bearable unlike the summer.

Thanks for comment! I see that too, that there are way more people on the streets after sunset.

Didn’t know there are trains in Saudi Arabia. Would be a nice experience :)
@MakeAdventureHappen Жыл бұрын
There’s also a bullet train from Riyadh to Jordan. I only couldn’t find more information
@Ali-pq1te Жыл бұрын
There's 3 lines of trains in Saudi. 1) serves the eastern part with the middle part (capital). 2) serves along the western part (this is the bullet train). 3) serves from the middle until the north. (The train doesn't go to Jordan, but the closest city to the Jordanian borders)

The train has been there for the past 50 years LOL!

Hey, very nice video! One question: How much did you pay for the visa? The full 480 SAR or some smaller amount?
@MakeAdventureHappen10 ай бұрын
It was more than 480 (116 euro), something like 530 (130 euro). On the official website of Saudi Arabia government
@jimblue500810 ай бұрын
@@MakeAdventureHappen Thanks for the kind reply. Damn, that's a bit much. I fell into the trap of getting a cheap "self transfer" connecting flight with wizz air, but because you have to actually leave the airport, you need a visa and they only offer this ridiculous expensive one type visa for 480 SAR. Anyway, keep going ✌🏻

@MakeAdventureHappen Жыл бұрын
I think Saudi Arabia is okay with that. There are many worse places. But of course - things can be improved, especially in Riyadh in my experience
