Frisby and dampy seem to be both contradictory here!! By both agreeing on a house not needing to Breath on this video?? does this also apply to storm dry breathable brick/masonary seal that they also both!! endorse, make your minds up lads.

Totally agree with the whole '' let it breath'' bullshit thing. Proper Ventilation is the key, mechanical if necessary. I live in Bulgaria nowadays and all the Wizz air '' green'' builders never stop gobbing off about it. I have pretty much given up trying to convince them otherwise.

Remember watching Rogers video when it first came out and even I thought cutting the felt and leaving that massive gap at the bottom defeated the purpose of damp proofing it. Not very damp proof with the Great Canyon of Dry Flex at the bottom 😆
