Now I've seen the full video, love the iso > eccentric > concentric explanation, it's easy to the get lost on the science part and forget the practical part (and vice versa) you did a great job at keeping it balanced.

Could you do a video that explains how a beginner at a home gym should structure their WODs? I don't understand what I need to be doing. Should a heavy lift one day, then the next do 1 WOD, and in between do stretches? I have basically done a HERO WOD on even days, and on ODD days I do isolation/body building type exercises...I guess doing something is better than nothing at all, but I'm just curious to know how a pro or someone in shape would structure their weekly routine?
