How did he know when he got into his vehicle and was on that journey, that the cop who should have been on the roof was inside, enjoying the AC instead of being on the roof? How did he know that the parimiter wasn't secured???? If he lived across the road from the event it could be described as an opportunist attack but not after a 40 miles journey! His parents need to be dragged in and interrogated! Why does a 20 year old, who was only 12 when Trump won the presidency, with all his life in front of him, have so much hate for someone he's never met that he's prepared to set off on a suicide mission? Who says he knew ANY of that stuff? He clearly got there and started walking around and assessing the situation. He was there for hours looking for an opportunity. He eventually found an open area that would give him a target of opportunity. I seriously doubt he KNEW he would be able to get on that roof unchallenged, when he got up that morning and drove to the rally. But he scoped things out for quite a while and eventually found what he was hoping for. Had he not found an open roof, he may have just been perfectly content walking around and shooting up the crowd outside the event. But he stumbled across an even better perch and took advantage.

That was a local police team inside the window. They never should have abandoned their overwatch position to join the search. When they did that, they created an opportunity for the shooter. That was a bad call on their part. The SS clearly trusted those guys would do their job as assigned. It wasn’t a particularly complex task, and they still f’d it up. Trust is everything, and that day the police with that assignment betrayed the trust given to them by the SS.

It was not incompetence, it was a thoroughly thought out plan. Some were in the know, some not. All followed the plan they were given. Who delivered the plan? Who ran the command center? Who told Trump he was clear to go on the stage? Who positioned the snipers such that they had no clear line of sight to the shooter? Who briefed Trump prior to the rally? Who handed out the communication devices amongst the secret service and law enforcement? What channel were they told to use? Who told them?

Glen and Dan, the secret service has photos they took of sniper before being shot from the rooftop windows on 2nd floor, the command post was on 2nd floor. (at least witnesses testified to seeing people in window when shooter was on the roof, one guy had a tattoo sleave on arm the witness recalls). also, I saw a video about 2 sound signatures coming from the first 8-9 shots fired that seems to be coming from 2 sources (and a third sound signature being a final shot) (it's just a video that could have a simple explanation but still needs to be looked at).
