My old man is from Michigan and he raised me as a lions fan. I moved to Michigan 13 years ago and have watched every game since I moved here. My Dad passed 3 years ago and being able to go to the game against the bucs was the greatest things my eyes have seen second to my children. Dan is truly the man.

Step dad is from Michigan. Spent a year in Sterling Heights. Became a Lions fan the year they went 0-16. Figured it was a good time to get in the club for cheap. Have not looked back. One of the smartest coaches to come around in a LONG time!! Starting around 7:30: he gives SUCH a complete, intelligent insight into how offenses work, how to understand the way they can change, what to look for to defend different looks, etc. This dude of course has huge heart.... but I think he MIGHT be slightly overlooked in terms of his BRILLIANCE!! #GoLIONS !!!

Dan Campbell has been a breath of fresh air. From his opening press conference he resonated with me, I was like man, I wish I had a coach like him, he would have gotten so much more out of me than others did. The man knows how to motivate and lead. His message is true and genuine, and it resonates with people, to use one of his terms. He has helped, along with Sheila, Brad, Chris, Mike, Rod, and all the countless others, to help turn this into AMERICAS TEAM! FTCB!

The Dallas game (I was there) proved a LOT to Dan Campbell and this team. Even though they got screwed out of a win, this coach pulled something big from that game. He let them know that we just went into Dallas and (won) played well enough to win a game like that on the road. That game gave them and him a TON of confidence as far as what this team is capable of.

As a 49ers fan, watching the Lions offense looks super familiar. I think Goff has a lot of input of what goes in and it seems like tons of the Shanahan offense, by way of Sean McVay, is there. Should be a close game early, but I think the 3rd quarter one of the teams is going to pull away. I don't envision a close game at the end.

Goff needs a recording of the fans at Ford Field yelling "Goff". Ear piece he can listen to Detroit fans yelling his name. He said that made him the most relaxed he's ever been. Do this before San Francisco game. Will make him calm and focused ike meditation, I think. Maybe even do this at half time too.

Back during the 1991 1992 season, when the Detroit Lions made the NFC championship game, Bubba, Paris, former 49er played his final season with the lions that year. He also happened to be my uncle. After the game, which the lions did ultimately lose, Bubba came to the stands and picked me up and walked me down the middle of RFK Stadiums field as the players and the media were scrambling everywhere. I was a 12-year-old child at the time. We walked down into the tunnels and into the locker room. I was desperately looking to meet Barry Sanders and have him sign my football card. I can remember meeting Rodney Pete, Chris, Spillman, and several other Detroit Lions players. But Barry Sanders was nowhere to be found. After being somewhat disappointed, and thinking that I wasn’t going to meet him, uncle Bubba walked me to the team bus. I walked up the steps of the bus. In the last seat, all the way in the back on the right hand side, Barry Sanders was sitting on the bus alone in the dark. I walked back and approached him. I asked him to sign my card. He turned and looked at me and said.” how did you enjoy the game?”. I responded.” I had a ball! It was so much fun”. Barry Sander looked at me sternly and said.” you shouldn’t have, we lost.”.Hesinged my card, turned around and looked out the window and didn’t say another word. That was the day I learned what a true competitor looked like. Much respect.
