Dan is the definition of underrated hes easily one of my top 5 guitarist i love his look and his guitar taste and not only his playing watching the falling down music video changed how i wanted to look and play as a metal guitarist this guy needs more love

For drop C# a 25.5 scale would be ideal. With all his time on the road and in the studio you’d think he’d prefer a 25.5 inch scale. I know I do for drop tunings as well as E standard.

@@Hadouken5150 i was thinking about this for a 7 string floyd rose guitar i am having made, should it be 24.75" because i am going from C2 standard with high F4. And with interval after the 4 wound strings. i have A#1 through G#4 on my 8 string it uses a O.OO7" for high G#4 at 27" scale length. Goes to high A4 easily and B1 on the low. Use stringjoy strings.

Currently own 6 Carvin/Kiesel guitars/basses and can honestly confirm they are beyond legit. I also have a Fender American Strat and Tele as well as 2 Gibson Les Paul Traditionals and a PRS SC245 and my Carvin/Kiesels, as far as build quality and value are concerned, exceed them all. I run my guitars thru a Marshall JVM, Splawn QR, Mesa Tri Rec, Orange Rockerverb MKII 100, Dr. Z Carmen Ghia, Friedman PT 20 and a Kemper and Axe FX III MKII. My Carvin/Kiesels excel in so many ways. The fact that they offer very high quality guitars at unheard of prices makes them a much better value. Their direct-to-consumer model eliminates the middle-man and allows them top offer a better product at a lower price. The only downside is you can't do a hands-on demo. The upside is, for most guitars, there is a 10-day free trial. I've been lucky. None of my Carvin/ Kiesels have under-performed and returning has never been an issue.

Ltd Dan Jacobs were so much better looking. I'm not knocking kiesel quality, because I've never actually held one. Sounds good but the LTD looked a million times better and unfortunately they're rare now and a banhed up one will fetch over 2k. Wish i could've gotten one years ago.
