Coach has a young family, kids in school, wife likes the town, gets paid handsomely, and he's wildly popular in Eugene, and really the whole state outside of Beaver fans. He's got all the NIL he could need on Division Street. Life is good. He's not going to uproot his family and move across the country, not any time soon.

Nice interview Zach. Coach Lanning is so refreshing, smart, sincere and I’m just amazed how he keeps everything together. Humility and grace. He’s got a great family too.

There's no coach in the country that I'd trade for Dan Lanning. Period, end of story.

Why do so many people think that coaching the pros is better than coaching universities athletes. many pro coaches bomb out in a short period of time on time and end up out of coaching altogether. The money is getting better all the time so for my piece of mind coach universities is where it at.

I just wish the Ducks got to play a patsy yesterday like everyone else. Winning the B10 CG comes with a big penalty.

I bet $100 that the day Andy Reid retires is the day Dan Lanning leaves Oregon for his beloved chiefs. Thats his dream job.

if you have already forgotten oregon went to 2 national championship games 4 years apart without NIL money and still have the most dominant victory in a playoff game outside the national championship game with UGA and TCU in the history of the 4 team playoff
