Hey Dan I'm seriously starting to like your style now lol but I have this weird question. What is the difference between weaknesses and not working on them and skills that need to be developed? I mean I'm not that good at communicating but it's a skill needed in the outside world. (If I call it my weakness I'm going to end up feeling horrible lol)

I hope it is a possibility... I would love to meet you one day even thou your far away but so are our dreams but we aim to reach them so I WILL MEET YOU ONE DAY and pick your brain lol. God Bless

Dan, that is what I've been telling to my juniors. Persevere, short term failure and aim high. After graduating with an engineering degree, I've been trying and struggling to get a job for 1 year. I tried hundreds of companies, I went for many interviews and I fail all of them. Interview after interview, I know my weakness and work on it. I decided to improve my weakness by taking up volunteering, public speaking, and helping out at a store (dealing with customers). It took me 1 year to get a job in a small engineering firm. It is not the job I expected and it wasn't in engineering field I graduated in. I was truly disappointed but I took it anyway. The reason I took it was to develop all the necessary skills especially my soft skills and technical skills. I know that I will not have the chance to work in a Fortune 500 company, so, I work day and night, hustling everyday visioning myself that I will make it there one day. Even my colleagues told me that it is not worth it to work hard when the amount of salary does not match the hard work they give. I disagree with them. Its not the salary that I am after but it is the skills. The results: my boss promoted me 8 months after I got the job, my probation was cut short and he ask me to handle a project all by myself. I achieved more than what my colleagues has achieved in their lifetime because I willing to say yes and learn from what I fail. I made many mistakes but I learn from it and apologies. I resigned from my previous job to pursue my Masters Degree in engineering (asset management). I am still in my mid 20s and I have a long way to go. But it is my ultimate goal to develop as many skills before the age of 30. I am grateful that I said yes to that job and I am hoping to be a leader in the Fortune 500 company one day. PS. No, I'm not interested in developing my own business and becoming an entrepreneur. I am willing to work together with an entrepreneur/visionary to build an empire.

Though It may not be much for now I am only getting started as a Highschool kid who had too much time. Also your business model is the best I've experimented with. Telling the client to pay me based on results added very well. "You don't have to get it right, you just need to build momentum". So true! All tough despite all this I am having trouble with closing. I find your closing videos very useful anf would like to see more of them. Thank you so much 😁

I quit my first and second job after graduating because I don't feel growing and learning from my superiors. Now, im taking my Masters Degree and I really enjoy and learn a lot of things especially in the field of science. My mentors really help me improve myself in this field. I never regret quitting my job especially it's really toxic to me. What I did is that I take masters degree specializing one commodity which is very economic valuable but most of the people neglect. I would try to develop something out of this commodity through constant research and study, and hoping someday I can use this to start an industry and help our fisherfolk. Thanks for this advice. This makes me realize that I'm in the right path.
