It's not just the celebration, it's everything. Jamo is incredibly immature. Saint had to talk to him about fining him for not celebrating with his teammates when he scores. He's the only player on the team that does that. There are videos floating around everywhere of him hanging out in the rough parts of Detroit with questionable people at best. Sometimes the old adage is true that you can take the man out of the ghetto but you can't take the ghetto out of the man and I believe this is one of those cases. He has no forethought on the future and seems to prioritize his social life with people that will do nothing but bring him down over his professional life with his teammates that only want to see good things for him. If this man truly took his career seriously his NFL status would be at a much higher level today. There is absolutely no reason for a man making the money that he does to be putting himself in the social positions that he does. When you take a millionaire that hangs out up and down 6 Mile bad things are going to happen. Nothing good can come of it. He prioritizes that thug life over his teammates even though he is not a thug and has more in common with his team than he does with hood rats. The team has game nights where they get together to bond, which he does not attend. He does not even give his teammates the courtesy of 20 minutes of his time to go on the St Brown podcast. Saints older brother is right, he's not going to be on their podcast no matter how optimistic Saint is. Saint has no problem getting any of his other teammates on his podcast except this one man, and that says a lot about that man. All of this points to him not being an individual of high character. He should be with his teammates, not at Coney Island on 6 Mile. The fact that he risks injury with his celebrations is the least of the Lions worries with this highly talented WR that does not respect the blessings that he has. It's sad to see because he could be the best WR in the NFL if he wasn't his own worst enemy. Enjoy while he's here because next year is most likely his last and I predict the Lions know that and will be seeking a WR with their first pick in 2025.
