One time I sent an email to Dan Severn asking some questions, and he actually told me to give him a phone call and he talked to me for like an hour and answered all my questions personally. He is such a nice honest guy, there is no way he could be lying about anything.

I met Dan back in 2014 at Arrowhead county club in Glendale Arizona. He was a real down to earth guy that spent at least 10 minutes of his time talking to me who was just a banquet worker. Much respect to you Dan.

+Donald Patrick Corona- Interesting to here you say this about Dan Severn. I concur. I was fortunate enough to meet him at a local MMA cage fight in Fargo, ND about 8 years ago. He had a booth set up and was signing autographs etc. My friend and I had a 20min. conversation with him. Afterward we met at Hooters, drank pitchers of beer, told jokes and talked about the early days of UFC. I still have the picture of he and I at Hooters with our arms around each others shoulders. Priceless. Nicest guy you'd ever meet. Class dismissed.

What does he have to gain from lying about being clean? it's not like he's trying to promote a supplement line or something. Some people generally don't want to use drugs even if it puts them at a disadvantage. Some people don't have money as a primary motivator and plenty of people are just raised in a way that means they won't ever use a drug, let alone ones that need to be used intravenously.

@@AngelofDethMetal Stallone didn't do huge amounts of gear, hence he can still take (probably dependent on) small quantities that give him an edge. Pro bodybuilders take huge amounts, regardless of the bullshit they spin about taking small amounts (Lee Priest), the massive amounts of steroids eventually fuck their kidneys to a point that they cannot take gear anymore or even have high protein diets, hence they lose all the muscle mass and can't continue gearing, couple that with the fact that their natural test production is shut down and u get those before and after type pics. Guys like Arnold have the $$$ to get transplants or whatever treatments are available to somewhat recover, the less fortunate ones simply die at a youngish age from kidney/liver/heart issues.

I knew guys that were taking just normal amounts of Winny which is more for cutting and they got bigger than Josh after just a couple of years. In the end it's really hard to say since we weren't there. I personally do not believe Josh took massive amounts. +kevin stj I know. I saw that encounter and kicked his arse for you a few minutes later. You're welcome. Later, I'll share my story about the time Ken Shamrock flicked a booger at me. Suffice it to say, I didn't let go of his leg until the 20th tap. Of course by then, it was in several pieces. I guess I have anger issues I need to deal with.

There's a comedian with a bit about pissing Severn off in traffic once and nearly getting his ass kicked (even though Severn was actually at fault), but I forget who it is.

That is a professional ass whoopin giver,, Dan has earned TREMENDOUS respect in and out of the ring, a true WARRIOR, the time he beat tank Abbott like a child is priceless,,,, "tank" offended Dan with his lack of honor in the ring and Mr. Severn tuned him up proper for it ❤️💪✌️

Dan and I did brunch once at his favorite restaurant. He's easy to get along with, but stuck me with the bill. I'm not complaining though, I had coupons and he only had a big mac and fillet o fish.

Funny, at 43, I hear Dan clear. Gong to state 4 times, taking 3rd my last year, and never wresting again. I can see this is a TRUE wrestler. Not in any WAY knocking any pro wrestling, in NO FUCKING WAY. But, Dan was a different product. He had no reason to hate, he could just beat the piss out of you and still be a human One of these show wrestlers such as Hannibal would kill you, piss on you and then to go to prison. I would rather meet Dan in a back ally knowing he has nothing to prove to himself or you. He'd just put you down and be done. He wouldn't be mad, he wouldn't pity you, he would just put your sorry ass down, and walk away. A fucking man for sure, with composure, dignity and pride God Bless Dan, And a lil blessing to the Jabrony Hannibal for putting this up

scooterdog29 Well said....One of the things that I hate about combat sports is it often brings out the inner child in people; it makes grown men often resort to acting like immature, egotistical, insecure children, with all the taunting, teasing, chest-beating, trash talking, pea cocking. etc......Then you have real MEN like Dan Severn.
