He recorded an American Trilogy of songs sung by Elvis a few days after the passing of his father because his dad loved Elvis. It is so good and full of emotion! He is amazing in the Phantom of the Opera, too! Everything he does is wonderful!!

I was thrilled with your reaction. How you'd like this song? You have completely exceeded my expectations. ⭐ I'm glad one of you saw the movie and was able to explain the context. You have once again experienced what an absurdly brilliant singer Dan is, and that he is able to interpret a song in a downright entertaining way, not just with his voice but with his whole demeanor. I've been thinking for a long time about which song by Dan I can suggest to you. His interpretation of "My mother told me" fits best because you get the comparison of the traditional version with his interpretation in one package. ⭐ Be brave and embark on a new adventure!

The others that pop up in the breakdown are people from other channels that also do music as well. Although personally I don't recognize all of them myself, one of the ones I do notice that I am a HUGE fan of is Jonathan Young. He has a large swath of covers and original musics that are just jaw dropping. Dan performance of this is also just spectacular in all aspects of the word.

Oh boy, you lads MUST check out Dan Vasc's version of The Music of the Night, from the Phantom of the Opera. It is by far the best version I've ever heard. Dan’s cover is by far better than Donny Osmonds original. Given Donny’s musical theatre background (was fortunate enough to see him in Joseph’s Technicolor Dream Coat) and his ability to project emotion to an audience it speaks volumes that Dan does a better job with this.👏🏻🙌🏻👏🏻🙌🏻 ❤️

If you think this sounds just like the original (Donny Osmond version from 1998) - you need to go back and listen to the original. Donny's was good. Didn't think it needed improvement until I heard Dan's version. I think Disney should go back and edit the original and use Dan's version instead! That said -- really great reaction!

You two having technical difficulties? 😅 And yes BP2, my eyes had their fill of eye candy for the night. Even if I am 13 years older than he is. 😁🤣😅 I don't know the song but I love his voice! The breakdown was odd but good too. I haven't watched a Disney movie in decades, lol. From what I understand the real Mulan isn't accurately depicted in the movies, which is usually par for the course.😅 "Donny Osmond never sang it like that did he?" -BP2 😂 No, I highly doubt he did!! Dan Vasc would be fantastic on soundtracks for movies and such. I'm a fan myself for certain!😊

Dont watch the remake its a travesty, its got almost nothing in common outside being set in china and the main character being a girl who takes her fathers place in common with the original which is absolute gold.
