She doesn’t seem to answer, i. guess she expects us. To do and learn the hard way.

​@@cinmac3 it's to help get your pelvis into a more neutral stance by having your adductors slightly close your hips. It's going to help by preventing leakage in your slight tension and breathing control.

Why am out of breath at the end of the exhale which then forces air back into my lungs with out my ability to control it?

Do you come down for every three second pause? It looked like you stayed up, but then said to come down at each pause. Thank you

She said come down "on the pause", AFTER doing 5x breaths. 30 second break, then go again.
