Islam last 4 fights competing in the toughest devision in the ufc : -Oliveira champion and p4p n3 ranked at that time. -volkanovski champion, 2nd greatest 145er in ever, and p4p king at the time. - rematch with volk where he decapitated him. -poirier legend and all time great lightweight. On the other hand jones isn't active and competing in the worst and weakest devision in the ufc he only won 1 fight in the past 4 years and his last 3 fights where: -Gan who is a striker with zero takedawn, for the vacant belt. -Reyes a journey man who actually beat jones and outclassed him. -Santos a nother journey man who came in that fight with both his legs broken and still out striked Jons throughout 5 rounds and got robbed.
