it’s because they worked so hard for him that earned them the boss Dana is to them. hardwork pays off.. u don’t do things for something although that is the reason most of you us do it. but we have to just knuckle down, be humble, be respectful, stand your ground when disrespected and i guarantee you the life you create will provide you what you need most in life. learn how to enjoy the small things in life and the small things become more valuable than the big things.

When I went to Vegas in 2019, I saw Dana alone sitting a table doing some small gambles (small for him). I was really reluctant to approach him so I just awkwardly stood there. Once his finished his hand, he stood up and approached me. I was thinking “oh fuck he’s gonna scream at me for awkwardly staring at him.” Nope he said “hey man you wanna get a pic? One time at a cannabis cup in Denver, Peter Dante was there (actor from a lot of Adam Sandler movies) well he walked out of his tent where he was smoking with fans and doing meet and greets trying to grab some food, he ran into me and asked if I wanted a burrito from the taco truck. I said sure and joined him and we shot to shit for like 20 minutes. So cool when you meet the celebrities that didn’t let the fame get to them. Such a real dude. Cheers

My wife runs an investment capital fund and following the stories of the people they invest in you can see it’s not so easy. Usually leadership comes down to shit decisions like cutting some jobs or risking everyone’s jobs, over-relying on one or two people because they can contribute more and keep the company afloat - even when you cannot afford to pay them adequately, putting profit over quality because you need to show growth so you can obtain more investment and continue to employ everyone, etc. Plenty of entrepreneurs take cuts in their own pay, roll all the profit back into their company, give their people great benefits and, in the end, have to close the doors or lay off almost everyone. Dana White is in a good position now, but there were times in the past where he would not have been able to be that magnanimous. Also, large men cast large shadows. Just remember part of how Dana White got to the point he is successful enough to say all that is by being ruthless. Anyway, I hope that if you ever own your own company you will try to live up to the ideal of the Dana White you see in this clip. Your people will be lucky to work for you.

I know lol that's what I was saying folks must have done there research,some of these guys don't even make a100,000 grand a yr ,now that's a good yearly salary ,but not when ya compare it other sports and way more dangerous,don't even carry health insurance for these guys that make/made him a billionaire.And I like Dana ,he's a Savage but no he don't take care of his fighters like he should .Don't take my opinion,it's on record ..The very elite/POPULAR fighters make some good money,but not even being great is enough,u can be winning and still not make good money,hell he was gonna release Colby Covington and he was winning..lol That's what made Covington start up the whole gimmeck he does..lol
@Saidwhatyourethinking
@Saidwhatyourethinking 6 ай бұрын
@@dc6496 funny you talk about research, then do none of your own or selective.. the only thing dana has ever done to take money out of fighters pockets was banning sponsors and that was (whether you like it or not) was the best move for the company to gain a major sponsor to bring in major income.. while the pay gap is an obvious problem, dana DOES NOT STRUCTURE OR DECIDE PAY... something you'd know if you actually did any research.. and if you didn't notice? That (3 max) bonus (SON, KON,FON) went out the window and he started giving out "performance bonus" just for putting on a show on top of the sub/ko/fight of the night.. the only fighters that bad mouth Dana (especially on pay), are former fighters who fell from grace or went on a skid and refused to accept that their value skid with their losing streaks.. no other fighter organization tales care of their fighters from hospital bills, to specialist treatments, to housing fighters who lost their homes during covid, like the UFC does.. NO ONE. .. You're just another clown who parrots the popular narrative.. loser..
