Max was the strongest and most conditioned he has ever been vs Justin. His upper body, and core was tight, definition in the back of his shoulders, and light on his feet and fast. Justin fought hard but Max broke his nose early and slowed him down over time. No one was beating Max tonight, he was literally on fire and just put out the best display of martial arts he ever has.

Max wasn’t supposed to point to the center of the ring and want to go face to face, giving & receiving haymakers… anyone can get knocked out that way… he was already winning, he was supposed to let the clock run down. But that’s the whole point of the BMF belt. Not that you’re the greatest, or you could beat anyone. But a fight for the BMF belt, is that you could fight it out & take punishment without quitting. Gaethje showed it too (fought with eye pokes, broken nose, and completely exhausted. Max’s leg was destroyed, didn’t even change stance! That last move though, calling a face to face all out brawl at the end (when he was already winning), Max became IMMORTAL right then! He is the BMF

Justin can't fight without Baiting. He can't fight upright. All you have to do is to keep his head up. Justin style hasn't changed much. It is way better now, but it is still the same thing he did in the past. Basically, before he would give free punches to his opponents crouch and come over the top with bombs. The problem is that he was also taking damage... The way that he corrected that was baiting. He dips down and while you are waiting for the head to pop back up he comes over the top with wild and powerful hooks. Max eliminated this by keeping Justin's head up with Uppercuts, front kicks, and spinning Kicking to the mid. He also countered Justin's counter ( I don't know how to call this but Islam does this also, They wait for you to commit to an attack and they meet you in the mid as you are coming in with power punches or in the case of Justin a jab, They basically throw at the same time with you catching you off guard; You are poking, but they are committed to it) Max eliminated this with faints. Basically everything I said came through... Keep his head up and throw faints. Perfect! Justin can't fight Upright. The old Justin was needed in this fight. He needed to put his guard up walk forward, take some damage and catch Max sleeping.

To get the 10 sec clap up 3-1 in the 5th point at the center of the octagon and stand and bang… that’s how you win the bmf belt Gaethje is a legend and I’m glad he’s getting 300k too, he got out classed but he brings a kill or be killed attitude to with his fights. Max Hollaway won every round of that fight. The ending was epic but as far as fight of the night goes I don’t think that should be it because of the last 10 seconds. Gaethje couldn’t really get off after the broken nose and eye pokes. He was never the same. You think Fight of the night it has both sides going back and forth and you don’t know who’s gonna win unless a finish happens. Prochazka/Rakic definitely got robbed but also even on commentary they were talking how we needed Oliveira/Tsarukyan to go 5 rounds. Those guys should’ve all got bonuses.
