True. Doesn't matter though really considering it's a dream sequence. Makes sense Indy isn't imagining it completely accurately. Another difference is him using that piece of wood to press down the certain tiles in the fertility idol room. In the movie he just carefully jumps over them all.

As a lifelong fan that rubbed me the wrong way a little bit. Like the other guy said, I justify it as being an inaccurate dream sequence. Still weird though because everything else is so perfect, the hat even makes a vague whip cracking sound for some reason. They also missed the part after the dart flies into the log where Indy says "stay here" and "if you insist señor." Regardless, this game was made with so much obvious love that I couldn't care less

I really hope this is good. I’m a huge Indy fan and spent way too much on merchandise but even I have to admit outside the original trilogy, Young Indy series and about four games, the franchise has been badly mismanaged. Bethesdas involvement doesn’t fill me with much confidence.

It’s actually really good and well worth the hype. It’s like an actual Indiana Jones movie from the original trilogy. Bethesda’s involvement are simply being publishers for the game

The 12 novels from back in the 90s are apparently great. Never read them myself though. Plan on doing it at some point. One of them was even originally gonna be the script for what was eventually Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull. What a shame that wasn't the way things went in the end.

You should definitely play it if you love Indiana Jones it's probably one of the best Indiana Jones stories in a long time and it's certainly 10x better than The Crystal Skull and The Dial of Destiny

@@SuperDDL93 An Indiana Jones game as an FPS just doesn’t work. A style similar to uncharted and tomb raider would have work for an Indiana Jones game. That said, I still like how the tutorial for the game is the opening to Raiders Of The Lost Ark I think that was a clever way to teach the player the controls especially a player who loved the original Indiana Jones films.

While want play this i think damage that been done to lucas film under kathleen kennedy doesn't matter if come out with diamond in rough anymore or not, people pissed with how,star wars, indiana jones and willow were handled and now they don't want come back. Didn't help last indiana jones movie was a turd, still want give this game a chance, a friend played it said besides some sutle woke bs with main female character gave indy shit a couple times wasn't much that detracted him.

Red Dead 2, GTA 5, Mafia Remastered, Uncharted 4 and Alien Isolation are the only games I've enjoyed in the last ten years. I understand how you feel it really is difficult to find games that are worth the time and effort anymore. Fallout 4 was when I first realised how generic, rushed and disappointing the industry was becoming.
