Love this! In general, when you say the moves can be modified to any level, is there any way you can sometimes throw in what a beginner, intermediate, and advanced modification might look like? As a beginner, I sometimes struggle picturing what the beginner (well..intermediate and advanced too haha) might look like. Thanks!!
