This is great. My interest is more tumbling than dancing, but I've noticed that my "air sense" for tumbling definitely benefits from better "ground sense," which can be improved through rolling. Looking forward to working on these!

I have the 5:30 roll in my dance but every time I do it in the floor I get a really big bruise and scrape on my shoulder and back, I’m not sure if I’m just not doing it right ?? Can someone please tell me what I’m doing wrong 😀

Thanks for the video. Way back in 2002, I marched Blue Knights drum and bugle corps, and the mellophones had a sort of modified somersault roll. Was looking for a name for it to explain to someone. 😂

Hi! I have always wanted pointe shoes! For Christmas I got pointe shoes and a ballet barre but I have never took a class! I put them on and I nailed it! I am only 9 so I think my toes are just stronger. Any chance you could make a pointe shoes stretch, tips or more practices?
