It's always amazed me that DGD is able to put out such high quality material as fast and consistently as they do. They took their time with JJ but other than that there's practically new DGD every year and the way they are able to consistently evolve their sound and push things in a new direction while still staying true to their core is what makes them so great.

Hoping the album they finished will feature him in at least a few songs. Unfortunately a precedent has been set with other bands where the lead singer leaves the band right before an album release and the band re-records with the new vocalist at the last second. I hope that’s not the case.

Had the thought today that I'm pretty bummed about Tillian no longer being in the band. This song has one of the best melodies throughout the entire song, and one of the best choruses, that the band has released in years IMO. Tillians raspy singing will surely be missed, but I'm stoked cause DGD always feels at it's best when they're trying to find what works with a new voice.
