“Siwas Dance Pop Revolution” follows momager Jessalynn Siwa and her pop superstar daughter JoJo Siwa as they create and launch a brand new group called XOMG Pop, music’s next big sensation! Jess has searched the country for the most talented kid triple threats and hand selected 11 of the most talented girls to compete for a spot in this new group. With Jess as the manager, and JoJo as the choreographer and mentor, Team Siwa will put to use all of their expertise in converting raw talent and skill into a worldwide phenomenon. As much as I loved dance moms when I was younger, I really hope these girls are not mentally abused and put under the same amount of stress!!

they are under a lottt of stress one of them almost passed out on the new episode but they do not get mistreated by jojo or jess

SDPR is nothing like DM. Jess & JoJo are caring & nurturing towards the girls, and the occasional _'Mama Drama'_ (as one of the girls called it) is nothing what took place on DM either! For the most part, the mothers get along with each other just fine. *_R_* 😎

@@YenellyT The word 'stress' is emotive, inaccurate & misleading, but the girls are under a little pressure at time. 2 girls have had 'episodes'... 1 had a constricted bronchial airway and was told by a doctor she was dehydrated, and quickly overcame it when she started drinking. I cannot remember what the other one's problem was, but she left the show after the first episode to go take on a role in a musical theatre production. IN BOTH CASES, both Jess & JoJo were genuinely concerned for the girls. *_R_* 😎

This concerns me considering what the original dance moms did to those girls a sequel really concerns me I hope JoJo and Jess are smart enough to know what went wrong on dance moms and not repeat history

@@jamieslauren That was their 1st outing, and as such, it would have been unreasonable to have expected more from the girls. In any event, as much as Jess & JoJo want the girls to do well at the competitions, that is not the goal of them competing... the goal is to see which girls can perform (more than dance) to see if they are the right fit for a new all-girl kiddie pop group that Jess is creating to accompany JoJo on tour, and open her shows for her. *_R_* 😎

Well they already made a mistake by bringing in a producer from Dance Moms onto this and Abby have said there was a lot of times that it was the producers who were the ones that made her do stuff she wouldn’t have done in the beginning before she knew what they expected of her. Even the moms have said that the producers would create drama on the show when it wasn’t a issue in real life to the point where it did because an issue.

@@alyssabria i assume you’re talking about Bryan. There were several producers on dance moms, not just him. It’s very possible he had nothing to do with the forced drama. Since dance moms ended he was met up with several of the cast members such as Brooke, kenzie, Nia and even Abby. I highly doubt they would do that, and take photos with him if he was one of the evil producers who ruined their lives.

ALM would have blown her stack at a mother for being unprepared. But Jess took it calmly & quietly and even thanked the mother for letting her know what the situation was, and for going to get the correct glue so the performance could proceed. And trolls who have not watched SDPR falsely allege it is clone of DM!!! *_R_* 😎

I think dance moms was able to get away with all the abuse at the time cuz there wasn’t as much social media coverage of it and no one was really talking about mental health. But now with jojo already being in the spot light and everyone more considerate about the children’s emotions, if it ever does get toxic (which I don’t think it will) they will be called out so quickly
