"Dance of Courage" Special Event with NABU, ChezaCheza Dance Foundation, Girl Rising and HP

On International Dance Day, Girl Rising joined forces with NABU, ChezaCheza Dance Foundation and HP to host a special event celebration the launch of "Dance of Courage", the latest bilingual NABU storybook for young readers, published in Swahili and English. "Dance of Courage" follows the journey of Sam and Kaweria as they overcome obstacles to pursue their passion for dance.
Our event featured read-alouds, explorations of courage, and of course DANCE - led by the inimitable Franco Odhiambo of ChezaCheza. Download "Dance of Courage" on the NABU app, either in Android or IOS. And share your "Dance of Courage" on social media with the tag #DanceofCourage.
