THIS IS THE EFFECT OF LONG TERM CORRUPTION I lived in nairobi about 35 years ago in lavington I can still remember the roof of the house had big watertanks that would run empty and be empty for ten or twenty days and then you would hear the tanks in the roof filling . that was a sound you heard in most big houses at night once the household went to bed this just shows the problem was never dealt with ! Or if it was in a budget the money was allocated and stollen . now the cost is huge and still Government does nothing WHY AND WHEN WILL A LEADER APPEAR

The people in the slums should be held responsible for keeping a dirty environment. If I were president I would send people back to their villages and clean up all those slums. The water issue is mind boggling.with all the educated people in Kenya! Why can't you put your heads together and get rid of those people with no brains sitting in the high offices doing nothing for the citizens but for their stomachs.
