You got rid of the twist stance witch is a bad stance to ever be in the first place you should always be in a good solid fighting stance

I think about the twist stance as a transition. Just like cat, Concave and Diamond stances.. Is not a good idea to "stand" in those positions. -Joseluis Mores

A cat stance is actuallu good when modified you can shuffle forward and back the lead leg is hard to sweep and you can get back to a solid stance against force were as a twist stance in a blink of a eye any sudden.force will send you on your butt just my thots
