Thank you so much for sharing your culture and tradition with us, Fujima-san. It is beautiful to see the process that turns you from a modern Japanese woman into a practitioner of traditional Japanese arts. It is lovely that you keep your culture's traditonal arts alive.

If you live in an asian country... they're quite proud of their culture. Its not a difficult task for them to keep traditions alive. They raise their kids to continue traditions, thats their way of life

It's amazing how the makeup changed and accentuated different features of her face. I find it fascinating how traditional makeup differs between cultures based on what features are found beautiful, and how those same standards can be seen in modern makeup trends.
Какая красивая девушка! И с макияжем и без него! Спасибо Вам большое за то, что поделились секретами традиционного японского макияжа!

There’s so much beautiful advice here. I love that she says to have a calm heart when putting on makeup before a performance. This is something I so often forget before a competition. Calm myself.
Her skin looks unrealistically beatiful! How is that even humanly possible?

Asians are very keen on their skin routine, they have the best methods and skincare in the world, and most importantly they stay away from the sun.

Fascinating! So this is how professional stage player get ready with their make up. Btw her skin is so clean and supple! She’s so beautiful on her bare face. But when she puts on make up she becomes a different character 😲 If I ever have the chance I’d love to watch stage play in Japan!

Just a tip about the skincare part. Japanese "lotions" are liquid toners, moisturizing like lotion, but no grease at all. In the west (and possibly europe) no equivalent in drug stores exists but it is a product that everyone should try. If u dont want to pay Sephora prices for a super expensive moisturizing toner, buy japanese lotion online. My reccomendation for every skin type would be Hada Labo Lotion or if you have oily skin, Hada Labo (light) Lotion, especially in summer. Didn't know Curel made a lotion, it probably is as good as Hada Labo.

This is so beautiful to watch, but I laughed when she was like "first I'll prepare my skin!" You mean that already almost unbelievably flawless porcelain-smooth complexion so perfect and blemish free you already look like some kind of actual angel? What could she possibly even DO to improve or prepare that?!
