Does this game help you practice shuffling? I mean I noticed the connected notes that means there is dragging required. 2nd Edit: After 4 mths into the game, I can say that it really helps you build your fundamentals, and can also teach you how to transition from moves to moves. But for more intermediate/advanced freestyling, you will have to explore which moves works for which pattern (the sequence, order and placement of notes). Before, I mention hardstyle shuffle won't work in this game. That is entirely false. You can go hardstyle. There are Lv10 songs that are full of running mans and side steps. You could even do jumpstyle too. Its versatility is what makes this game so great. But due to limited spacing and the patterns, don't expect to become good at hardstyle in this game. Moreover, there is a great discord community for the game in which u can get guidance from. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Overall, it is a great way to practice dancing to awesome songs whilst, playing a game at the same time. I have improved my running man (RM) and side steps so much now. Now I can naturally RM without giving it any thought, and that allows me to focus on my arm movements.

I don't know how to dance for shit, but the plethora of songs they have makes you really get into the groove and boom, you know how to dance.
@Spongewahoo6 жыл бұрын
Archirno I got started with shuffle dancing ( specifically cutting shapes ) through this game, it definitely helps you practise. Check out a KZbin tuetorial on how to do running man then practise it while playing :) you'll become smoother over time and then suddenly you know how to dance :)

I check the running man vid, now I notice why my shuffling looks weird. I wasn't doing it properly. And it seems like there are two types of shuffling. Melbourne shuffle and cutting shapes though tbh cutting shapes look way cooler
@Spongewahoo6 жыл бұрын
Archirno yeah I love cutting shapes personally but Melbourne shuffle is still cool. But yeah once you learn it and practise it heaps with games like this or at home and you'll get it. I have dancerush videos if you want reference but practise and having fun is the most important part, good luck :)
