Payne (guy in front) was former choreographer of Michael Jackson... they flew to Philippines to do choreograph the inmates of Cebu after watching them dancing in you tube.

yes this was done in Prison,,, the one in front ( Black Guy ) he is Michael Jackson' s choreographer and those 2 Guys on left and right are Americans,, all of those !,500 are inmates ( High risk Maximum ) some of these inmates were in Solitary confinement ,, It took 2 days to get trained to dance ( they already had their Repertoire ) when this choregrapher have heard about them,, they were excited to know about this dancing inmates, ,dancing to the music to avoid riots,,,and so far it work

At that time Cebu inmates were about 2,500 but only 1,500 were performed in the show. 70% of them were high risk & they practiced just for 2 days only acccording to Travis Payne (Michael Jackson choreographer). CPDRC Dancing Inmates performed since 2007. Dancing Inmates a popular tourists attraction in Cebu. Watch & react how they performed to the dance tune of Jump & Sorry, Sorry.

there is no death penalty in the Philippines at the moment. Depending on the severity of crime, some of them might be in there for life without any possibility of parole. Most of them I think are in there to serve a long time. When they are out they need to be able to assimilate in the free society. So, while they are serving time, certain freedom is curtailed. It is also important to make them feel that they are human and they have rights within the prison premise. They must be shown hope otherwise there is no will and desire to have a better future once they get out of prison. Certain discipline, orderliness, following instructions, community living, camaraderie, sense of belonging, sense of importance, health and fitness, respect .... and many more is learned during rehearsals and performances.

not all do it. they are still in prison. this isnt just for fun, its to offset tax spent while giving those that join a chance to earn money, create an activity and social construct inside that allows physical outlet ... discipline etc.

Hey man, I'm pretty new to this channel but I've been binge watching your videos and they're awesome! You've got a small fanbase though so I've got some reaction recommendations if that's alright. First you should check out Pentatonix because they have a huge fanbase and they kinda flood to new reaction videos so just go on their page and choose a couple from their top 10 playlist and remember to put Pentatonix reaction in the title. Secondly, those Try Not to Laugh Challenges are really popular or the WSHH weekly vine comps altough there is stuff in it that you may want to check before letting the kids see. Thirdly well this is more of a personal request there's a guy call Nick Pitera who has a very surprising voice, he works as an animator for Pixar, and since his videos have gone so viral they've been giving him vocal work. You should check out his videos and see which you think would get the best reactions from everyone, my suggestion is One Man Disney Movie but I know the two that's more appropriate to surprising people is A Whole New World and One Sweet Day (Studio Version). I'd love to see those as well so you decide. Sorry about the essay man but love the work you're doing and I just subscribed.

+Head Spread I found the channel accidently, I was checking out some of the reactions to Independence Day 2 to get a feel for other peoples thoughts and I misclicked when I was turning the page. Ended up on the fifth or sixth page and decided to check out some of the people there as I didn't know most of them. That's basically why I suggested reacting to things that already have a built-in fanbase, you can use that to build up your own. Thanks for taking my suggestion.

It actually is a privilege for them to go out and dance rather than be locked inside a very small cell with a lot of other inmates they are probably so happy just going out on the courts and dancing which also perhaps distract them from killing each other and it gives more meaning to their lives .. like they can be a part of something big and good and entertain others even whilee imprisoned. This can even help them change their ways and perhaps give them a chance for parole
