According to Byron Garcia (official security advisor of CPDRC) out of 2,500 prisoners only 1,500 inmates participated in the show & 70 % of them were highly risk. The black man in front was Travis Payne (Michael Jackson longtime choreographer) and the other 2 at the back & the 1 with the placard were MJ's dancers. They have practiced just for 2 whole days only according to Travis Payne (interviewed by CNN). CBCRP Inmates should have their own KZbin Channel and all dancing inmates should get compensated through the earnings by putting the money in a trust for each one. Money they can use to start a new life once they serve their sentence.👍
