The ones that I have are chiffon; they are not that full; the finger loop is at one corner of the fabrics rectangular/ square shape, and they get twisted from the finger loop area with my event movement which then prevents them from flowing... Any tips on what I may be doing wrong.... Or what I need to do more of... I do know, flags take alot of arm work, it it the same intensity of strengtth needed with the handscarfs?...

Hi there! The fabric I used is heavier than chiffon and I can honestly say the the fabric never gets caught. Try a heavier fabric and regarding the intensity…apply the same strength you would use for flags.

FREE Dance Ministry Resources Wonderful! when the fabric of the finger streamers is stretched out, are they more rectangular or more of a rhombus/diamond shape? My school has a color guard team for the first time ever and we are working on a budget - hand making a lot of our props.
