From my understanding, a lot of these themed, IP-based cafes are overpriced for less-than-stellar food. (Even the Hello Kitty hotpot seemed pretty expensive!) But this place seems to have a good balance of price and quality. Those burgers looked really good with substantial portions, and at just over $10? A merely decent burger near me costs $15! I guess the only thing that didn't hit the mark for me were the cake rolls. I prefer a bit more cake than cream. But they are adorable!

I agree - I said in my own comment it's a little overpriced but I've seen WAY worse for a sort of touristy place. I think you're getting a pretty good meal for a higher price point - decent value. It's nice to see.

Oh, I'm definitely going there when I get to Japan. Great food and reasonable prices. I've been a Hello Kitty fan since 1987; I was pregnant and saw Hello Kitty bath towels, facecloths and crib sheets so I bought them all, not even knowing who Hello Kitty was. Since I've been collecting for so long, my apartment in places looks a bit juvenile 😂
