Honestly Brandon deserves better. Last season, I honestly thought him and Tinashe were going to at least be in the finals but they were eliminated too early (like they both had higher averages than Bobby bones) That’s just my opinion, congrats Brandon and Mary for the successful two weeks! Definitely already miss you guys

They were voted out because Brandon is still new and hasn't gotten a fan base yet. I think its clear with dwts that the more popular the pro the more likely they will win (aka. Sharna winning with bobby). I also think thats why they let Sharna go because of what happened.

The sad thing is last season and this season he had good partners, the votes and scores were just too low. Tinashe could've been finale material, I agree, and I think Mary could've gotten farther (at least 2-4 more weeks).

passionskayandmiguel brandon definitely deserves WAYYYY better, he definitely got cheated with the elimination because him & Tinashe were so good. Plus I remember Brandon dancing on the show in like 2006-7, or whatever; when he was like 13, with his partner who is also in the troupe, Brittany.

Growlerstone His hold was crap, he’s got no rhythm, and in most of his dances he walks instead of moves. Yes, Brandon’s partner is not a great dancer at all, but she certainly has more musicality than Sean and should not have been in his place last night. Even if Sean didn’t need to be sent home yesterday, he definitely should have been one of the bottom 2.

If eliminations work like this , there won't be drama anymore which this show likes a lot. Maybe in next few weeks, they will put 2 good couples in jeorady like this while Sean or Lamar will stay at least to top 5 or 6, every season the finale formula is always : 2 couples dance good, compete close to each other + underdog, and there are always 2 3 shocking eliminations through the season

The whole concept of this show is warped....that a 75 year old woman could ever "out dance" a twentysomething is quite ridiculous. Mary however, gave it her all and was supremely wonderful! She has been singing (and dancing) for 50 years! Unfortunately it is also a popularity contest with a twentysomething demographic...many in the audience probably haven't even heard of the super-duper Supremes. It's hard to believe that Sean Spicer is still there!

Taylor Yeah Ive watched the show for years I know they get eliminated eventually. But as an avid fan I’ve seen plenty of seasons with people who were good dancers whether or not they made it as far, good dancers, get eliminated on the first week when their scores were fairly good that’s what I’m talking about... I’m not talking about whether or not they’ll be eliminated eventually because that’s obvious. I’m going on scores and performance. I’m sure Mary and Ray may not make it all the way to the finale but you be surprised considering who won last season. Last seasons winner scored low throughout the entire season and he won.

The Judges saves should be for the celebrities, not the pros "Cheryl needed this save", so no matter how you slice it, they chose the wrong celeb., that guy is no dancer. Len has always preferred athletes and the rest of them go along. Remember Katherine Jennings. She was perfect almost that whole show, and they gave it to a football player, I couldn't believe it, and it happened more than once, and last year was a joke, Bobby Jones! Really! It is about dang time that the judges will have a final say. The voting results will always be shocking because of the fan base of the celebrity. But now we are cutting out the shocking elimination of those who show more potential for the competition. Doesn't mean that a more skilled person might not find themselves in the bottom two at some point. But there is more control on the elimination process with the judges interference.

On Strictly it lasts until the Semi Finals and I know DWTS worked with producers from Strictly so I’m gonna assume the Semi Finals I think they will go back to public vote without the judges save in the finals

The “changes” are just smoke and mirrors. As Len said, neither of those couples belonged on the bottom. Lamar and the football player - both of whom dance like Lurch from the Addams Family - clearly belonged on the bottom. Mary Wilson? Give us a break! She was not the worst. I suppose Lamar - with all his NBA and Kardashian connections - will win in the end. ABC - if you really want to make a clear judging change, then eliminate the popular vote altogether. Cheryl is one on the stronger pros on the show id much rather have her over Sharna or Jenna. Sharna really became unbearable last season and her behavior after that “win” was obnoxious and as for Jenna her choreography only showcases her. Cheryl works best with the athletes

I feel like maybe Cheryls time is over on DWTS! Don't get me wrong, I Love her and she is a great dancer! but I feel like shes been on the show for waay too long, and people are probably tired of seing her win/get far on DWTS! I'm guessing that is part of the reason why she and Ray was bottom two!! The show is supposed to be about the celebs, but I think people also largely vote for the Pros.. and that is not fair on the celebs!! I think people want to see some of the other pros win/get far for a change!! I saw so many comments in regards to this the last two seasons..... Next season they should keep the Pros that havent been there for more than 7 seasons, and replace the others with new ones! I think that might shake things up a bit, and the show will feel newer too!! I like the things they've added this season tho, such as the judges vote!

All the other judging shows rely on the expertise of the judges - this is the only one tainted by public ignorance and popularity that has no knowledge of the basis of dance. So right off the bat two of the worst "dancers" are safe and better dancers are eliminated. The scoring of qualified judges does not matter and the whole concept is reduced to the realm of ridiculous. We won't bother watching any more of this disappointing muddle no matter how many silly sparkle things get dumped onto the dance floor.
