This is one of the old ways of making syrup or as many call it "dandelion honey".
The original recipe used white sugar but I replaced it with the same amount of brown sugar.
As we all know, dandelion is a very healthy and medicinal plant, but when cooked it loses a lot, so this syrup is primarily made as a substitute for real bee honey, but many attribute it to the healing properties of cough, sore throat, asthma and bronchitis ...
Whatever it is used for, it is very tasty as a spread and addition to tea 👌
Ingredients:
250-300 of dandelion flowers
1 liter of water
1 kg of brown sugar
1 lemon
