@FatViking93 Fully agree but home advantage sometimes plays a part or backhanded payments to certain parties. Briedis beat Usyk and Usyk knew it at the bell, looked very subdued as clearly lost. Having said that Briedis was beaten by an American but got the nod. Very unusual some of decisions.

The commentary was primarily for Australian pay TV. Jeff Fenech was the co commentator and he knows a thing or two about boxing.

Feel sorry for the Aussie commenting that Jai lost but not really see how Jai handled the fight. First, for all rounds he lost he still throwed his punches to make up for the points he lost. Secondy, all rounds he showed tuffness by moving forward even if he got hurt. Thirdly he broke both his jaws ,one from the earlier round and the later rounds but still making points. Evenhes worst at 12 round he still throwing punches meaning points. Its enough to convinsed the judges. In boxing, Judges must be convinced with the way you fight. He did. Unlike Pacuiao vs the white aussie Jeff Horn? Clearly an embarrising. Clearly Jeff didnt win that fight lols😂😂See how Jai has grown now? Look at Jai now, even though he won but still waiting for a rematch with Briedis but Briedis cancelled 2 or 3 times already. Unlike those that once they win for an ounce,they run away. He even let go of his belts cos hes tired of waiting for Breidis but fight for the money to support his family?

Opetaia did enough as did Usyk but Usyk did better against a younger more aggressive Breidis. Rewatch that fight with no commentary and you’ll see what I mean. Close fight but Usyk definitely won just as Opetaia did
