Thank you for bringing this story, Fletch. Dane meant so much to so many, including many at Kenworth. What a legacy he has left in Danielle, his children, his mates and the business.

God bless you Danielle and the kids. Rest In Peace Fellow Driver & thankyou fletch for putting this together. I have seen the Ballinger trucks rolling about and they are kept clean as. They are up there with Muscat as my faves. Cheers and safe travels to all the other truckies out there from a HC driver.

I would pass Dane quite often on my trips to NSW. I passed the morning of the accident and it was as foggy as, I will never forget that. RIP Dane.🙏

"Such a moving tribute to Dane Ballinger, a man whose passion for trucks and the transport industry left an indelible mark on everyone around him. It's clear that his love for his work was matched only by his love for his family, and hearing about the strong bond he shared with Danielle and their children is deeply touching. The dedication of Blake Lawrence and the Ballinger team to keep his legacy alive is a testament to the respect and admiration Dane earned during his life. Stories like this remind us of the power of resilience, family, and community in carrying forward the values of someone so deeply cherished. Rest in peace, Dane - your legacy will live on."

As a driver of 37 years now myself this sort of resonates in a way with me & I would think with a lot of other drivers out there also not that I have been what Danielle & her beautiful family have had to deal with but the fact that this could happen to any one of us . I believe we are put on this earth to do a job & when our job is done we are called home . Dane may have left us but his work is continuing with Danielle & the Lawrence boys taking the orders from upstairs. Keep it up Danielle . I only know you from this video but you seem like a resilient , strong willed & a determined woman who is going to keep Dane’s passion rolling on & your children may also in the future be helping you . I predict by the end of this year you will add more trucks to the fleet & that will be Dane telling you that we need them . May god bless the Ballinger family & may they continue to prosper . What a good looking outfit . You’ve outdone yourself Dane .RIP .

Miss Dane everyday, the day we lost him was the day the world stopped. He taught me at such a very young age to steer a rig and I’ve never looked back he was good mates with my uncle and living and breathing the transport industry runs in my blood
