Aap alarm reset nehi kar sakte ho.... Agar kuch alarm show ho raha hai, wo dekh k apko action Lena padega. Alarm hai trip ka previous stage . Iska matlab aap ko awareness deta hai ki yeh fault a sakta hai.

Hey brother i learned alot from your videos never in life worked on any vfd but i learned alot from you I changed ramo up and ramp down but i am getting W7 and W8 warnings 😢

Thank u for your valuable comment. W7 - is Over voltage W8- is under voltage. I think the value of Ramp Down which u set is too short . Plz increase the ramp down and ramp up time and warning will be gone.

Sir thank you for your informative video pls keep posting it encourages us I have Danfoss VLT FC102 250kw iam facing issue in DC Over Voltage A7 error I have increased the Ramp Down time but still the problem exist could you pls share your experience I will be thankful to you

You have to check following things 1. Input voltage should not greater than 415 v 2. If not solve you can use DBR( Dynamic Breaking Resistor) 3. Set the acceleration and deacceleration time 20 sec. Can you tell me the application of your motor drive?

@@TechnicalManas1 Thank you for your prompt response below things I have done Increased the Ramp Up time from 8sec/12sec Increased the Ramp Down time from 8sec/30sec Increased parameter 4-16 Trip Delay at Inverter Fault Activated function in parameter 2-10 Brake Function Brake Resistor unable to install due to no option available in Hardware Board Application : Mycom Compressor 250kw

Sir, when i remotely Stop the motor,the HMI shows stopand the current and speed slows down but due to its not getting stop in time the motor trip and alarm shows illegal motor current.

First check the deacceleration time. If it higher .... Please set it 10 to 15 sec
